We chose Liberty Square because we thought it was truly a one-of-a-kind home in a vibrant Philadelphia neighborhood. Now that we’re moved in, I tell people it’s, “pinch me, I can’t believe it’s mine,” beautiful. In addition to the home itself, the other amenity that I am most excited about is the community’s green space. Where else in the City can you find a huge rain garden in the middle of a housing development? My husband and I never dreamed of taking the plunge to Northern Liberties. But once I saw the property, I knew this was to be our forever home.
